Michael Leibowitz

Michael has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Following a short stint in college, he worked for a commercial real estate developer in their construction department. In 1996 Michael founded Gilmore Construction, a company that focused on custom residential homes, medical offices, and small commercial projects. Michael hired Scott Santos as his first full-time employee in 1999. In 2006 his brother Jeff joined forces with the pair. Gilmore construction soon evolved in 2010 to Leibo Brothers Management and they have not looked back since.

Jeffrey Leibowitz

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry starting immediately after receiving his MBA from the University of Connecticut. Jeff has successfully overseen projects ranging from the Air Rail at JFK airport to shopping centers, and multiple Planet Fitness locations. Jeff along with his brother Michael started Leibo Brothers Management to focus on commercial construction, specializing in medical, retail, and national accounts.

CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT

Gary Leibowitz

Gary has over 50 years of experience in the industry. Starting out in the manufacturing side of the business as plant manager of a storefront and aluminum extrusion company, he gained a solid understanding of the supply side of the business. This then led him into sales, where he spent 15 years selling high-end construction products. He then went on to start his own ironworking installation company and served as president of JMJ for 15 years, completing such noteworthy projects as Jacob Javits convention center entrances, to the metal work and railings at JFK terminals 1 and 3. Several years ago he came out of retirement to assist the company as it continues to grow.

Scott Santos

Scott has over 20 years of construction experience.  Starting with trade school and then moving on to framing condos and residences. Currently overseeing all project-related activities across the US and Canada.

OFFICE MANAGER, DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING SERVICES

Miriam Campos

Miriam Campos is the office manager and assistant to the finance director.  Miriam was a Certified Accountant in her home country of Honduras.  She has over 29 years of experience in the accounting field, with the last 20 specifically focusing within the construction industry. She joined Leibo Brothers Management in 2010.

Miriam has an Associate Degree in Accounting from South Central Community College and over thirty years of experience in accounting; including payroll systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable and office administration.  She uses her depth of accounting and systems knowledge to become a very valuable member of the Leibo Brothers Management team.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Richard Leibowitz

Richard Leibowitz currently serves as the Director of Finance at Leibo Brothers Management. After attending the University of Vermont as a degreed Accountant he spent over 25 years in the apparel industry serving numerous roles including accountant and Director of Operations at a major Apparel company in New York City. After that he opened his own Accounting/Bookkeeping business helping multiple business's with their day to day accounting needs. Rich’s expertise in managing financial information makes him a valued member of Leibo Brothers, Management.

Shannon Resavy

Shannon Resavy joined Leibo Brothers Management as the Director of Field Operations with over 10 years of leadership and operational experience. With a strong knowledge of Planet Fitness Brand Excellence, Facility Maintenance, and Operations; Shannon has been responsible for overseeing the maintenance of over 100 locations throughout the Us and Canada. She has experience in construction timelines and scheduling, bidding projects, vendor relations, and safety compliance.

Kevin Dingee

Kevin got his start in the construction industry over 20 years ago as a Project Manager / Iron Worker working on high profile projects such as JFK Terminal One, Queens, NY, Carl B. Stokes Bldg. Cleveland, OH and Zerox World Headquarters 5th Ave NY, NY.  He relocated to Charlotte to start his own business and gain experience in other areas prior to rejoining the Leibo Brothers Team.

Neil Dorso

Neil has over 30 years of construction experience.  Before starting in the construction industry he graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a BD degree.  Prior to working at Leibo Brothers he worked for the Nine West Group where he managed the construction department overseeing the build out of their multiple store brands and concepts.

Zachary Leibowitz

Zach has been around construction his whole life. He enjoyed visiting job sites with his dad, Michael, from an early age. When he turned 16 he officially began his career as a laborer for Leibo Brothers. After attending college, he worked for Bureau Veritas Group, as a project manager overseeing various interior and exterior renovations for large national retail chains. In 2019, Zach joined the Leibo Brothers team as a project manager and enjoys following in his family’s footsteps.

William Wijangco Jr

William has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. From a young age, he always had a passion to be a carpenter. After trade school, he began his career building custom homes and specializing in building custom log homes. His career soon evolved to working on everything from chain restaurants to schools, banks, and large commercial projects, notable ones being home depot and planet fitness. William joined the Leibo Brothers team this year as a project manager. He is dedicated to quality and precision when responding to issues and resolving problems.

Matthew Landry

Matt has always been interested in the constriction trade since he was a young teen, working summers with his father plastering. Seeing raw materials on a job site being constructed into a house or a building has always amazed Matt. He started in the residential field framing houses when he was a junior in high school over 15 years ago. He has worked on multi-million dollar homes in the Boson area from start to finish. Recently Matt took his knowledge and quality of building residential homes to the commercial side since he joined Leibo Brothers over a year ago.

Junior Project Manager

Daniel Koproski

Dan is a recent graduate of Sacred Heart University, located in Connecticut, where he graduated with a degree in criminal justice and psychology.  Prior to working for Leibo Brothers,  Dan worked for a residential contractor assisting with project management. Earlier this year he joined the Leibo Brothers family as a junior project manager.
